There are plenty of web sites for selling-buying stuff, I think this one is for something else; but I might be wrong.
If lots of people think there is a reason to buy/sell stuff here, by all means :-)

Good suggestion
For now we can use "miscellaneous" or "shopping" category.
Once it gets popular we will start a new column. You are welcome to suggest a name for it.
