I think a recliner may not be ideal for long sleep (hours).
It may be great for a nap in front of the TV but will not be comfortable when you turn etc.
What I do is have a lot (5 including a long body pillow)of pillows that I place around so I have back/belly support and can move them as I like them.
Also try magnesium supplements.
