America's Got Talent should accept less singers
Singers are a fan favourite. But why do most of us watch AGT? We watch it to see new and exciting acts we can't see anywhere else. But... are most singers new and exciting? The answer is no. I can see why groups of singer might go on, as most singing shows likely do not accept them, or singers that ...

Raspberry Pi is Overrated!
So many people ramble on and on about how good the Raspberry Pi is. The first thing someone asks you if you tell them you can program microcontrollers is "Oh, do you have a Raspberry Pi?". Sure, it can be the best option for some hings, but very often people use it in simple projects (and ...

Re: Governments should drastically subsidize/reduce shipping cost of small parcels
I agree. The government should reduce shipping costs, or else most people will just buy from China instead of their businesses. In fact, If they reduced shipping costs they (being the businesses) would most likely survive longer and make more money because of an increase in customers. China is steal...

Re: Video/Content streaming companies should allow users to fast-forward through videos with sound and captions.
Definitely.
Sometimes there are very slow talking scenes, which I still want to hear what they say, but if I fast-forward on them the sound and captions disappear, which makes it impossible.

Re: Fritzing should not be used instead of schematics!
Don't get me started! I think Fritzing by itself will enable anybody to "copy" a circuit while drastically reducing the likelihood of that person understanding the circuit. That person will also not likely be able to make modifications to that circuit. Any electronics educational resource...

Re: New Standard Sockets should be introduced for LED lighting.
It's a win-win situation.
Changing the sockets will help the environment, and it would be cheaper for the manufacturers!
The only problem would be introducing them, but if they are successfully implemented, It could be a great thing!

I agree, I don't mind ads on the sides, but when there are pop-ups, it's so annoying!

I agree!
In places where there is no cellular, FM radio could save your life, just like you said!
And entertainment is a big thing, but cellular operators are probably paying phone companies to remove the functionality.
