should i use recliner chair for comforable sleeping?

I have very important and serious question about comfortable sleep. I am not sleeping comfortable for long time. I need suggest about best recliner chair. I read about this from different place. please reply me should i get recliner chair for good sleeping?Thank you

I think a recliner may not be ideal for long sleep (hours).
It may be great for a nap in front of the TV but will not be comfortable when you turn etc.
What I do is have a lot (5 including a long body pillow)of pillows that I place around so I have back/belly support and can move them as I like them.
Also try magnesium supplements.

Recliner chair for comfortable sleeping are not a good thing due to whole long time sleeping is bad for body due to that cause of joint stiffness, stop blood circulation and spine bone issues occurs but used it for relaxing your body.
